Our Story

Texas Premier Residential Services, LLC was founded in 2017 by Julian Alvarez and his uncle, Marciano Alfaro. Julian was first introduced to the roofing trade by Marciano in 2012, giving him the opportunity to learn the industry through hands-on experience. Those early years helped Julian develop practical knowledge of roofing systems, repairs, installation methods, job-site safety, and the importance of completing every project with care.

Julian later became the sole owner of Texas Premier Residential Services and now oversees the company’s daily operations. With more than 10 years of hands-on roofing and construction experience, he remains actively involved in inspections, project planning, material selections, quality control, and customer communication. His experience allows the company to provide practical recommendations based on the actual condition of each property rather than offering the same solution for every project.

Over the years, Texas Premier Residential Services has grown beyond residential roofing to provide commercial roofing, seamless gutters, exterior improvements, and remodeling services. Whether the project involves repairing a roof leak, replacing an aging roofing system, installing new gutters, or completing improvements to a home or business, the company approaches each job with the same attention to detail and commitment to dependable workmanship.
